ENERGY MANAGER
North Penn School District is seeking an Energy Manager to analyze the district’s current energy usage and develop and implement an energy management plan that would provide proper environmental conditions with cost effective energy utilization. The Energy Manager will be responsible for the district’s HVAC control and energy tracking computer system in order to achieve this purpose. Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, engineering technology, business or related field with emphasis on facilities management. Experience in energy management planning and analysis within a large, multi-facility environment to include experience in the operation, programming and troubleshooting of computer-based energy management systems and control systems; or equivalent combination of education and experience that would provide the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the position. ACADEMIC TECHNOLOGY COORDINATOR
North Penn School District is seeking an Academic Technology Coordinator. This is a 12 month position; minimum salary is $78,992 with related benefits. Applicants must have a Masters degree in Curriculum & Instruction or Instructional Technology along with PA certification preferably in Instructional Technology however Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction certification also accepted. Applicant must have at least 3 years experience in using technology in the classroom, in curriculum writing and the development of educational activities, in the creation, maintenance and use of internet-based teaching and learning resources. Major responsibilities of the position include conducting faculty workshops, assisting in the selection of software and technology-enabled educational activities and assisting employees in the productive use of technology and its integration.
