Mission Statement
The mission of the North Penn Parents Special Education Council is to provide educational and networking opportunities to parents, caregivers and professionals of children with learning and/or physical differences within the North Penn School District and surrounding communities.
The Council Strives to:-
Provide a network of support for parents, caregivers and professionals, including access to relevant information, training and emotional support

Encourage an atmosphere of open communication, understanding and mutual respect among all students, parents, caregivers, professionals and our communities at large

Collaborate with parent–teacher groups, school councils and other school organizations toward the betterment of education in the North Penn School District

Stay current on legislation and public policy issues which impact education in Pennsylvania

Develop good working relationships with professionals and administrators who support our children

North Penn Parents Special Education Council operates as a conveyor of information and education. We recognize that students, families, teachers, and administrators have varying needs. It is our goal to provide our community with information so that individuals are better equipped to make well prepared choices based on a combination of sound information, their own values and priorities. We respect and honor that individuals are able and responsible for making their own decisions.
