Gold Card Program
Any North Penn School District resident age 60 or better is eligible to be a member of the GOLD CARD CLUB. The GOLD CARD CLUB card is nontransferable. A GOLD CARD may be used for free admission to musical, dramatic and athletic events sponsored by the school district. Card holders are also encouraged to enroll in the Community Education Program and the Community Aquatic Program for a variety of discounted classes and recreational activities. Members are entitled to one GOLD CARD CLUB free or discounted class each term (fall, winter and spring).
Special activities for GOLD CARD members are announced throughout the year. Please follow the below procedures for easier access to events and signing up for courses:
- For all athletic events (home games only), use the card as your pass.
- For any event where the sale of tickets is limited by seating capacity – please present your card to the school office for a ticket PRIOR to the performance date to assure yourself of a seat.
- For a course in the Community Education Program or membership in the Community Aquatic Program – present your GOLD CARD when you register. Some courses have limited enrollment and reach capacity quickly.
Keep in mind that many community organizations use school facilities for their programs and a GOLD CARD admits you to most programs sponsored by the school district free of charge. The district cannot promise that your GOLD CARD will admit you to programs sponsored by other groups.
PLEASE NOTE: Gold Card online registration for the Fall & Winter 2016 sessions are not available. Please mail or drop off your Gold Card registration form with payment.
If you have a question about the GOLD CARD CLUB or wish to obtain a membership card, please call the Community Services Office at 215-853-1028 or 215-853-1029. Announcements about school district events are announced online, and on NPTV Verizon-FIOS TV channel 29 and NPTV Comcast Cable channel 28.
