Part-Time/182 days/ 4 hrs. per day
• Greet all visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the proper person or location
• Use basic knowledge of telephone console to answer and forward calls to appropriate staff
• Perform a variety of secretarial and clerical duties using specialized knowledge of school district/departmental policies and procedures
• Process/maintain files for working papers
• Make announcements via the intercom between periods

EXTENDED SCHOOL CARE PROGRAM

The Extended School Care Program is currently seeking on call substitutes to work in our program from 7:00 – 9:00 A.M and/or 3:15 – 6:00 P.M. A high school diploma and two written references are required along with a completed application. Rate of pay is $12.05 per hour.
