Spring Athletes Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 22 from 2:30 – 2:45 PM in the Boys’ Gym.  Please be Prompt so we can wrap up quickly.

 Talent Show An amazing array of talent awaits you on Friday, March 24 at the SGA’s annual Talent Show, featuring magic, singing, dancing, and more! Your five-dollar ticket not only gets you into the show, but gives you the chance to win some amazing door prizes including: a pair of tickets to the Senior Prom, two Saturday Day Passes to the Firefly Music Festival, and getting the chance to park in Mr. Bauer’s front-row spot for a week!  There are many other great prizes as well, but you must be there to win!  Tickets are available at the door, and the show starts at 7:30.

NPHS Theatre Don’t miss your chance to get the hottest musical theatre ticket of the season!  No! Not Hamilton that’s old news! It’s Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor® Dreamcoat running at North Penn High School April 27th, 28th and 29th at 7:30 PM with a special Sunday Matinee on April 30th at 2:00 PM.  Tickets are on sale now:  $10 for adults and $5 for students.  Ticket Order forms can be found in the K-Pod Reception office – and return your completed order there, too.  Or go to www.npenn.org and click on the link for on-line ticketing information.  Avoid the long lines at the door and get the best seats now for the exhilarating story of a young man who overcomes bullying to become the savior of Egypt – and then most choose whether to help those who bullied him – his own brothers – who are now in need his help to survive. Told with colorful costumes, brilliant lighting, incredible dancing, and songs that will make you want to download the music, Joseph is the show to see!

Pizza Everyone loves pizza.  Everyone loves helping kids. Therefore, everyone should eat dinner at Jules Thin Crust on Thursday night for the Mini-THON Fundraiser! Stop by the Jules Thin Crust location in English Village between 3 and 7 and chow down!  A portion of sales will go to the NPHS Mini-THON.  Check the @NPSGA Twitter account for more info!

Chinese Cultural Club Will be meeting on Thursday, March 23rd after school at 2:15 in room A008.

Knight Riders Our Spring Trail Ride will be at Red Buffalo Ranch on Saturday, April 8th. We will ride through Evansburg Park. Permission slips are on the door of C018. Sign up deadline is April 4th.

JACC general membership meeting is next Thursday, March 30.  The meeting will start at 2:15 in room D107.

Korean-American Culture Society will be meeting after school on Thursday, March 23, 2017 in in the Aux Gym.   The meeting will start promptly at 2:25. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Kim in room D107.

Auto Club The Auto club will hold its next meeting on Thursday, Thursday March 23rd at 2:30 in room H003.  

ATTENTION JUNIORS:  Any Junior interested in applying for either the Career Exploration or Work Study program for next year must pick up an application from D103, A006 or online.  Applications are due to Mrs. Hoffman in A006 no later than April 7. 

SENIORS:  Reminder to all Senior students interested in studying nursing in college:  The NPSD Nursing Scholarship application is now available.  The deadline for applying is April 5th.  Applications can be handed in to the North Penn Health Suite in care of Sally Kauffman.  For an application visit the NPHS website.  Look under Departments/Guidance/Senior Awards Program/NPSD Nursing Scholarship application.

IMC:  Please obtain any pass for the IMC before 4th period.  This includes IMC reference passes and 9th period passes.  The IMC is open every day from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.  The IMC will no longer have the extended hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Attention Seniors attending Montgomery County Community College next Fall! Would you like to visit the campus? Hear from current students about the different programs and degrees offered?  Learn about financial assistance and student life?  Sign up for the Wednesday, April 19th field trip with either Mr. Brett in the College and Career Center in K031 or Ms. Jermain in C035.  Last day for signups is Friday, April 7th.”

JUNIOR PHYSICALS:  It is a State mandate that all 11th grade students have a physical examination.  Physicals done after September 1st of your sophomore year are valid.  Physicals may be performed by your primary care physician or at NPHS with our school doctor free of charge.  The State form for a private physical and the permission form for a school physical can be found on the NPSD website under the Families directory. 

Physicals are now past due.  The school doctor is scheduled to be at the high school Thursday, March 23rd.  If you would like to schedule an appointment for a physical, please call the health suite at 215.853.1334 or return the permission form found on the NPSD website to the health suite.  Thank you.

PARKING APPLICATIONS:  We are no longer accepting applications for the 2016-17 school year, the parking lot is full.  You may see your grade level office or athletic office for temporary/daily spaces.  Applications for the 2017-2018 school year will be available in May.
