    F Day

     

     

    FREE ANIMAL PROGRAM:  Do you like animals?  The Enact Club is hosting a free animal training program on Tuesday December 5th at 2:30 pm in the Planetarium featuring the Montgomery County SPCA humane educator and his training dog. In this 40 minute program, you will learn about how and why animals are surrendered to the SPCA, and how they train their animals with an obedience demonstration.  To sign up, please visit tinyurl.com/NPennSPCA

    JUNIOR PHYSICALS:  It is a state mandate that all 11th grade students have a physical examination.  Physicals done after September 1st of your sophomore year are valid.  Physicals may be performed by your primary care physician or at NPHS with our school doctor free of charge.  The State form for a private physical and the permission form for a school physical can be found on the NPSD website.  Go to: www.npenn.org  Click on “For Families”  Click on “Frequently Used Forms  Go to “Health Services Forms”  Physicals are now past due.  

    Attention all musicians: Jazz Band signups are in the band room. Auditions will be held on Tuesday, November 28th and Wednesday, Nov. 29th. They are open to all musicians who play sax, trombone, trumpet, bass, drums, guitar, and piano. Pick up an audition packet in the band room and PLEASE make sure you REGISTER on northpennmusic.com. Email Mr. DiValentino if you have any questions.

    Special Olympics- Polar Plunge Please stop by E112 if you did not attend the meeting to pick up the Polar Plunge Packets.  All forms and donations are due to Mrs. Schoppe by November 21.

    Key Club:  NP Garden flags make great holiday gifts. There are two options from $15.00 each. Please see Mrs. Law if interested. Toys for Tots Collection has begun - boxes are located in three places - Main office K-Pod, staff mail room, and outside the athletic office.  New unwrapped toys can be placed in any of the collection boxes. Meeting , November 16th at 6:30 in the Sr. Cafe.

    CAP & GOWN ORDERS:  Class of 2018 - It's time to start thinking GRADUATION!  To order your cap & gown as well as graduation announcements and other Class of 2018 gifts, please visit bit.ly/northpenngrad.  Cap & Gown orders BEFORE January 1st - $22.00; beginning January 1st - $25.00.

    The Enact Club is organizing a fundraiser selling reusable 26 oz aluminum water bottles​ to encourage reducing waste.  The sale will run from November 1st to November 21st, and they will arrive in time for winter break.  The water bottles are $10 each.  Please see Mr. Collier in C117 for an order form.

    STUDENT PARKING:  The parking lot is full for the 2017-18 school year.  If you would like a temporary day pass for activities or athletics, you may acquire one from your student's home office or the athletic office.
