Dear Elementary Families,
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to provide an important update regarding the distribution of First Trimester Progress Reports.
Families will be able to access their child’s progress report both electronically and in hard copy.
Electronic Progress Reports:
The electronic version of your child’s progress report will be available in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal on Friday, December 19th.
All families have login information to access the Parent Portal.

Hard Copy Progress Reports:
All students will also receive a printed copy of their progress report. These documents will be sent home with students on Monday, January 5th.
We kindly ask parents and guardians to:

Review the progress report with your child(ren).

Sign the envelope to indicate that you have received and reviewed the report.

Return the signed envelope to your child’s teacher by Friday, January 9th.
The same envelope will be used to send home the progress report for the second trimester in March and the third trimester in June.
Translated Progress Reports:
Families who have indicated that a language other than English is spoken at home will receive progress reports in both English and a translated version. Translated progress reports will be available in the following languages:
Spanish, Arabic, Bengali, Korean, Vietnamese, Gujarati, Mandarin, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Russian, and French.
We encourage all families to review the progress report together as a way to celebrate your child’s achievements and set goals for the new year.
