Second Trimester Progress Report Cards

Dear Elementary Families,

I hope this message finds you well and that you are enjoying the start of the spring season. As we wrap up the second trimester, I want to take a moment to share information about your child’s upcoming progress report.

This provides an opportunity to reflect on your child’s growth and accomplishments so far this year. The Second Trimester Progress Report will provide a snapshot of their progress to date and help guide conversations about continued learning and goals.

Electronic Progress Reports:
The electronic version of your child’s progress report will be available in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal on Friday, March 27th. All families have login information to access the Parent Portal.

If you need assistance accessing Infinite Campus, step-by-step directions are provided below:

If you need additional support, please contact North Penn Family Tech at [email protected].

Special Areas, Band, and Strings Reports:
This trimester, progress reports from special area teachers, along with band and strings instructors, will also be included, providing a more complete picture of your child’s experiences and growth.

Hard Copy Progress Reports:
All students will receive a printed copy of their progress report. These documents will be sent home with students on Friday, April 10th.

We kindly ask parents and guardians to:

  • Take time to review the progress report with your child(ren) and celebrate their efforts.

  • Sign the envelope to indicate that you have received and reviewed the report.

  • Return the signed envelope to your child’s teacher.

The same envelope will continue to be used to send home progress reports for future trimesters.

Translated Progress Reports:
Families who have indicated that a language other than English is spoken at home will receive progress reports in both English and a translated version. Translated progress reports will be available in the following languages:
Spanish, Arabic, Bengali, Korean, Vietnamese, Gujarati, Mandarin, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Russian, and French.

We encourage you to review the report together as a family—celebrating successes, recognizing growth, and setting goals for the months ahead.

Thank you, as always, for your partnership and the support. It truly makes a difference.

Fondly,

Pamula Hart
