Dear Families,
As we approach the final days of the school year, we would like to share an important update regarding end-of-year activities and the distribution of student progress reports.
End of the Year Events and Activities
Because there is a possibility that Friday, June 12, may be a virtual learning day, schools may shift some end-of-year activities, celebrations, and traditions that are typically held on the last day of school to Wednesday or Thursday. These celebrations and closing activities are an important part of the school experience as we reflect on the accomplishments of the year and celebrate our students' growth. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we plan accordingly.
Progress Report Distribution and Translations-Update
We have made a small adjustment to our timeline to ensure that families have timely access to their child's progress report.
Progress reports will be distributed tomorrow, Thursday, June 11, and will also be available through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal beginning at 4:00 PM that day.
In addition to the English version, I am delighted to share that families now have access to a translated version of their child's progress report through Infinite Campus. Students whose Home Primary Language is identified as one of the following languages in our student information system will also receive a printed translated copy when available and will be able to access the translated report in the Parent Portal.
Available languages include: Arabic, Bengali, Chinese (Mandarin), French, Gujarati, Hindi, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Tamil, Telugu and Vietnamese.
To support you in accessing progress reports online, resources and information about navigating the Infinite Campus Parent Portal are included below.

Wishing you and your family a wonderful summer.
Sincerely,
Pamula Hart, Ph.D
