Dear NPSD Kindergartner,
Welcome to kindergarten! We are so excited to meet you. Are you ready for a great year of learning, growing, and fun? Kindergarten is going to be an amazing adventure!
We would like to invite you and up to 2 adult guests to visit your new school on Monday, August 31, 2026 during your assigned time for Kindergarten Orientation. We have a fabulous visit planned for you. On this special orientation day, you and up to two adult guests will get to:
- Go to your school building and meet the kindergarten team
- Experience a kindergarten classroom and meet a few kindergarten friends
- Confirm your transportation plans and make sure your transportation tag is ready for your first independent day of kindergarten on Tuesday, September 1, 2026
You will receive a personalized invitation directly from your elementary school in July with details regarding your orientation time and what to bring.
Please let your grown up know that our parent/guardian portal through Infinite Campus opens later in August. Information will be sent from our technology team regarding how to access the portal. This parent/guardian portal is where you will find your teacher/homebase assignment and transportation information.
Do your best to get a good night’s sleep the night before orientation. Bring your smile along with up to two adult guests to visit your new school on Monday, August 31st. Our team is looking forward to meeting you!
