To recognize the incredible work of employees, the North Penn School District (NPSD) has relaunched an employee recognition program. The North Penn Es Award recognizes staff members who exemplify the four Es of NPSD- ensure belonging, elevate learning, engage community, and exceed expectations.
The final award of 2024-2025 was presented to Steve Skrocki, Chief Financial Officer of the North Penn School District, during the NPSD Board of School Directors Worksession meeting on October 8, 2024.
Steve Skrocki is recognized for exceeding expectations in his role of managing the finances of NPSD. Under his leadership, the district has created the award-winning tax rebate program, won the Meritorious Budget Award nine times, and opened the North Penn Healthcare Center, lowering health care costs for the district.
“Steve’s attention to detail, his vast experience and his tireless pursuit of innovation has positioned the North Penn School District as a leader in the state when it comes to school finances and operational endeavors,” said Dr. Todd Bauer, Superintendent. “I am grateful for his dedication to NPSD, its staff, students, and community.”
The North Penn School District would like to congratulate all the winners of the 4 Es Award for 2024-2025: Rebecca Geremia for elevating learning, Michael Flynn for ensuring belonging, Alice Murphy and Bernie Jones for engaging community, and Brent Talbot, Vivian Cao, and Steve Skrocki for exceeding expectations.
