The North Penn School District is hosting a Mental Health and Wellness Resource Fair to help families, community members, and employees connect with resources for the whole self. The fair will be held November 6, 2024 from 6-8 pm at Penndale Middle School (400 Penn Street, Lansdale).
Experts, including mental health providers, wellness coaches, nutritionists, fitness trainers, and more will be at the fair to provide information, resources, and/or interactive sessions to help with all aspects of a person’s health. Featured at the event is Laura Williams, a musical artist from Quakertown, most known for her “4 chair turn” on Season 24 of NBC’s The Voice. Growing up, she battled intense bullying as a child and an eating disorder in her teen years. She offers valuable insights into the recovery process and what helped her on her journey to wellness.
